OFFICE HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educate yourself with 100 projects in North Cyprus using our in-house system
• Use CRM to follow up clients systematically
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose potential properties that suit them
• Log call and WhatsApp message summaries to our CRM
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Collaborate with company lawyer to finalise the sale process
• Remain knowledgeable about North Cyprus real estate market

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in North Cyprus
• Proven track of successful sales record in North Cyprus
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy

SALARY:

£800-£1000 net salary, plus commission share structure to be discussed in person.
